Our policy lasts for 30 days. Sorry, if 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
We accept returns of products shipped by us, and the items are defective due to our errors (such as wrong items, damaged or defective).
Returns that are eligible for a full refund do not include non-Quartzily Store errors, such as;
- The buyer made mistakes in the color, description or quantity of the purchased goods, or any other buyer's mistakes.
- Items that exceed the 30-day warranty period (since delivery).
Several items cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are private or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- gift card
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email@example.com contact our support team to get more information.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Transportation costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially issue a refund.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time (2-5 business days) before posting the refund.

You can only cancel the order on the purchase date . Please note that cancellation will charge management, processing and transaction fees (10% of your total order value).
